Previous Experience
Jenni worked for a leading UK retailer for 23 years, where she began her career in Administration Management. The last 10 years of this were spent working as a HR Manager for several flagship stores, where she was responsible for managing the HR team & HR function. Jenni joined Blacktower in 2018 and as HR Manager for the Group, she develops and implements robust initiatives aligned with the global business strategy, along with the devising and execution of seamless onboarding processes during rapid expansion.
