After graduating from Heriot Watt university with a BA in accountancy and finance in 1984, Elena spent 15 years in retail management. She then ran her own small hotel and restaurant in the Scottish Borders with her husband before moving to Dordogne 10 years later with their two children where they ran and managed holiday accommodation.
For the last 18 months Elena has worked with the FBN helping UK Nationals apply for their residence permits following Brexit.
